Pick an open time slot on a trainer's profile and submit a booking request. Your card is authorized but not charged until the trainer accepts. If they decline, the authorization is automatically released and you owe nothing.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a 50% fee. If the trainer cancels for any reason, you receive a full refund automatically.
Verified trainers have been reviewed by our team for credentials, coaching background, and identity. Look for the green Verified badge on their profile. We recommend always reviewing a trainer's bio and certifications before booking.
Trainer rates vary — typically starting around $60–$80/hr and going up based on experience and specialty. You set the budget, filter by price, and compare trainers side by side. There are no booking fees added to the parent's side.

Sign up as a trainer in minutes. Add your bio, specialties, rinks, availability, and session rate. Your profile goes live immediately. Plans start at $19/month — and trainers keep 100% of what they charge.
Connect your bank account through Stripe in your dashboard. When you accept a booking, payment is captured. Funds transfer to your bank account within 2–5 business days. You keep 100% of your session rate.
Basic ($19/mo): Profile listing, availability calendar, and booking requests.
Pro ($39/mo): Everything in Basic plus media uploads, camps & clinics listings, and priority search placement.
Elite ($79/mo): Everything in Pro plus analytics & business insights and featured homepage placement.
Pro and Elite trainers can request verification from the My Profile section of their dashboard. Fill out the short form with your credentials and coaching background and submit — we typically review within 2 business days.
Yes. No contracts or commitments. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from the Subscription section in your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
